Conventional Glass Glazing

At Triveni Alu Tech, we specialize in fabricating Structural Glass Glazing Systems. Traditionally, this method involves bonding glass to aluminium profiles using structural silicone sealant. It is still commonly used for smaller projects, particularly in residential buildings where wind pressure and structural loads are relatively low.

However, this method has limitations. Larger grid sizes cannot be used, and over time, the silicone sealant can deteriorate, leading to issues like leaks and frequent maintenance. Due to these challenges, we recommend considering alternative glazing systems for projects that require higher durability and less upkeep.
